I would like to increase RPM's on heavier resistance. Generally speaking, my legs are slower but have dramatically improved my speed on flat road. Would love to be able to do the same thing on steeper inclines.
Any suggestions?

I would just think it has to be practice-increase a little more each time and try to maintain your speed without giving yourself a heart attack! I personally have to be really careful not to put too much resistance on because I get lower back/hip pain with too much resistance AND I have the tendency to get very bootylicious! I can't do tons of squats because I will bulk up there and it's the same with high resistance.0

I have noticed my left leg is weaker so sometimes I spin just using my left leg to strengthen it. Just wish I could intuitively pull up on the opposite pedal as I'm pushing down on the other. It seems I have to mentally say "push, pull" over and over again before my legs will respond. I don't enjoy the ride as much when I'm concentrating so hard!0
