Hi, I've recently got quite addicted to spin classes and have bought a heart rate monitor so I can see whose classes I burn the most calories in. Some seem better for overall fitness and others better for weight loss - but what do you think the greatest benefit is? Toning up, weight loss, improving fitness? etc.
Just bought a "real" bike and need to purchase a pair of padded shorts for long distances. The seat is a gel seat and is comfortable up to 10 miles. Can anyone make a recommendation?
Is there such a thing? I don't want to create any physical problems by overdoing it. What do the spinning instructors have to say about this?
By definition of who this group is created for, I'm probably obsessive-compulsive. I spin 4 days a week.
I would like to increase RPM's on heavier resistance. Generally speaking, my legs are slower but have dramatically improved my speed on flat road. Would love to be able to do the same thing on steeper inclines. Any suggestions?
