Too Much Spinning?

Is there such a thing? I don't want to create any physical problems by overdoing it. What do the spinning instructors have to say about this?

i wouldnt really do any more than 3 classes a week (hours) hamstrings muscle tighten up with too much cycle work, unless you add some yoga or body balance / flow as well. the best to get fit is to cross train, swim run row cycle do loads of different cardio work to keep those calories burned off. best of luck :-)0

Thanks for your input. I try to do yoga stretching after each spinning session but don't always get around to it. Variety is good and will try to incorporate other cardio into my routine.0
