First, thanks in advance b/c I'm sure there are other posts like this and I just want to make sure I'm getting this right....
Situation -
Upped my calories to 1850 sans working out b/c of a broken toe. Lost about 3 pounds in 5 days. Yay!
However, I sucked it up and got out of the house today -
My total cals today are 1897 but I went running and walked the pooch (304 cals).
Here's the question - Do I eat those back? or take the net of 1593?
Here's my TDEE and BMR info:
TDEE 2315 (Marked it moderate exercise 3-5 days but I usually shoot for 4-7)
BMR 1494
I'm at 153.8 and looking to lose another 14 before I move on to maintenance.
Any advice is appreciated!
Thanks! - Kristen

Net of 1593. Only eat back if you drop below BMR.0
