Hello Everyone,
I started this group on a whim around Christmas time. People who have over a hundred pounds have unique conditions and issues to overcome. I have been thinking about this group and how I have let you down. I started this group to support each other and then I walked away. I never do that to anything else in life except when it comes to weight loss. Well I'm back. I'm bringing more people with me and I will continue with what I started.
I hope you all give me another chance and come back. We have 99 members, you all came here for a reason, and I think that reason is for support.
We can do this, I promise.
One of my problems is I'm compulsive.
I jump into things without planning. That is something I am changing.
Well I have plans, and I hope you check back here daily.
Please let me know your thoughts.
