So, since most of you are way ahead of me in time, not age, time zones. LOL Would you want to do some daily mini goals? If so, let's start tomorrow. Monday Aug 27.
How about we do 10 squats? Is that too many to start? let me know

LOL, I hope your knees don't notice. I love it!0 -
There's now way I can even do one squat with my joints, but I will 30 seconds of wall sitting instead.

Glad to see you here and yes, some can't do some things and can do other. It is all about some type of movement. So good job doing wall sitting. I think that is where you stand against the wall and scoot down some? Now, that I don't think I could do. LOL I actually hurts my hip when I first start the squat, then feels better. A couple years ago when I had PT for my hip, he had me hold a chair and squat as far as I could. OUCH, but over time, it got easier.
Ok, now get up against that wall and sit!
I might have to try this. I saw an interesting thing on DrOz the other day. Couch leg lifts and push up at same time. Might try that.0 -
That was one of the exercises for my PT after a hip replacement, I still do them while watching tv.I saw an interesting thing on DrOz the other day. Couch leg lifts and push up at same time. Might try that.0 -
Whew, I just did my squats. Who's idea was this any way?? Oh yeah, mine. My leg did not want me doing these, but I just told it to be quiet and did them. Yeah for me. Hope the rest of you are doing yours too. Don't forget to log them here. I will be back this evening to check on all of us.0

Oh, I will for sure have to start doing them. Hopefully my hip and the surrounding area will be all ready when I decide to get the hip done. I did PT for my knee before hand, and I really feel that is why I flew through it so well. Thanks for letting me know this issyfit.0
