Hello P90X peeps! Sorry...I forget to post here. Life gets me crazy lately.
I started my last month of P90X, and I can hardly believe it! I've never made it this far. I kind of feel a little burned out. But, I'll continue to "Bring it" I can't give up...so close to the finish line!
I'll post my actual measurement either Saturday (Sept 1 or on Monday...since that's my official weigh in). I know I'm finally back to losing inches...weight is fluctuating, but trying to just be OK with that and not obsess about it...because heck I'm 172 or a few pounds more and don't remember being that light in such a long time.
Did Yoga X today and only burned 173, but am hearing that average and OK...sweated like a crazy person though....
Its not my favorite workout, but I know in the long run probably the best for many reasons.
Hope all my P90X peeps are also sticking with it!0 -

I did core today because when I see yoga and think 90 mins I just get turned off... So I did something I enjoyed!
Ps Nice to see you are still at it Faith, yup just a few weeks. We'll be P90X Grads in no time. :blushing:0 -

Oh wow keep going. Can't tell the last time I baked sounds tempting. Makes me want to bake.
I'm on a mini break. I got myself worked up and basically my bodies was of dealing with stress is to break out in hives :frown: So my mom insist I chill out and relax, tomorrow's still going to be my rest day. Full force on Monday!!!0 -
Well. I got ambitious and posted an updated profile picture. Whatcha all think? Its as of the 60 day mark of P90X. I see the difference, but am wanting so much more.

keep going, P90X peeps! I'll be burning with you soon! I'm starting small. still can't do pull ups or presses above my head, and only about 5 push ups in a row before my neck and incision area start to ache. Not quite ready to P90X yet. I might try my hands at an Insanity soon though.
Feel better shea. I hope those hives and your stress have lessened.
