    I'm down to 183 myself today to a loss of 2lbs.

    Total group loss so far 7lbs!!! Half a stone!

    For info - My ticker is from the start of Jan...and my profile pic of the scales is "wrong" - I was taking a pic each week in the spring...but I went up over the summer and so my pic is there for motivation now! I like Helenoftroy's ticker with Santa - although perhaps he could loose a few lbs!

    I'm carrying on with my old ticker too, it would be really de-motivating to go back to the start! Been losing since Easter.

    Another Saturday weigher, on Sat 25 Aug I was 16st 9lb [233.6] so loss was 2.4lbs for the week
