Great recipe and very healthy for any diet

I use fresh or froazen broccolli and steam it, then drain, I mix the broccolli with a can of cream of mushroom soup and a can of 2 percent milk which I wisk together, I pour into a casserole dish and top with cheddar cheese and frenchs fried onions, I put into the oven until the cheese melts and starts to bubble. It is very tasty, my kids will even eat it.
