introduction

Hello to the other two members that joined this group,

I have recently lost 100 pounds over the course of two years. One year's worth has been stuck on a plateau between 5-15 pounds. I have been dieting and exercising for a week now and so far it has been going well. I think the hardest thing is to get out of certain eating habits (e.g., eating a second dinner before bed, having one too many snacks throughout the day, or switching from beer liquor.)

So, to all of the other two members in this group that feel my pain...let's get off this plateau before the holidays!
