Photos showing a difference

I'm afraid I cant figure out how to upload a picture from my profile into the thread but I had a photo taken at the end of the bike ride yesterday (57miles bike ride, phew) and I was shocked and stunned at how different I looked.
I've uploaded the photo into my profile so I believe you should be able to see them. The one from yesterday is my husband & I with our bikes, next to it I've uploaded a photo of my mum & I back in July I'm wearing the same top.
I think you can see that the weight is coming off - and I'm eating more now than I was dieting in July. So glad I found this group and you've shown me the correct way to eat & exercise.
