5.43 in. puts me up to 51.4 total... 18.6 this next week plus the half on the 30th (I am dreading this I think I'm going to die and with treadmill belt rash up my face when I bite it at that.. lol) and I'll make it.
I think I remember you getting treadmill belt rash on your arm once. But that was a very long time ago, and I don't think we were using the 'mill the right way! haha

Ok, I have done a real lousy job at keeping up with this thread this month but let's see if I can piece it together. I know that I'm not going to make my 75 mile running goal. I had a minor injury that made me reign in my miles.

Looks like I will make my 125 overall mileage just decreasing running from 75 to 50 and increasing biking from 25 to 50.0

I did hit my goal. I wasn't so sure about this week because I sprained my ankle/foot badly on Tuesday. But I did smaller walks when/where I could and hit my goal anyway. YAY. Hoping to tack onto an October challenge. :-)
Congrats to all that hit their goals. To those that didn't, I hope you at least got part of the way there and are happy that you had some place to log and recognize that even missing your mark, means you're still moving forward in a positive direction.
I'll be upping my goal for October!!0
