Lol.

So yeah i'm in on this. Will get the ball rolling with this mornings weight.

Bodyweight:
92.9kg dry.
I'll get the tape out tomorrow morning, along with the camera for those semi embarassing photos :p

Estimate my BF to be at 22-23 % at the moment, having gained 10 kgs this year.
though i've definately increased muscle mass this year, so i'm not particularly bothered at the moment :p
In fact i'm finding it really hard to even consider a cut these days, watching my strength go up is just too addictive.

I want down under 90kgs in the coming 8 weeks. should be easy enough. May go a little further. Basically have a comp in november that i wish to weigh 8sub 90kg for to increase my score.

Calories?
I am starting with 2400 NET for the first 2 weeks. then i'll re-evaluate. Should be ideal.

The workouts?
Nothing really different here for me. My profile and log explain it all. Though i will be adding cleans and some more conditioning.

Good stuff brother. I know what you mean about the strength gains being addictive. I got to a point where I just felt typo much like a power lifter & not an overall athlete I guess. Ie too tubby :-P

90.5kg this morning. Almost 4kg down since comp. No doubt 2-2.5kg was water, but progress is progress.
When you consider my carb up the other night, pretty bloody good.

    yeah cheers.

motivating factor this morning was my waster/arms/chest measurements.

waste down to 100. a fraction under actually. :p
    arms the same a 37.5cm
chest the same at 105cm. :p
nice to get back to favorable waste:chest ration. :p

get the waste back to 90 and i'll be happy. it will happen this year, whether or not i do it inside the 8 weeks will depend on how my squats go.
but after the November push/pull comp mate its on. or off. lol.
