Completed Day 1

Last night I completed Week 1 Day 1 of the program and I must say that I was pretty surprised with myself. I have attempted this program a few other times and failed miserably on Day 1. I was able to complete the whole exercise without stopping for a break or feeling like I was going to die. When I checked my log after completing my run it said I ran 2.13 miles at 14:02 per mile. I am assuming I can pick up the pace a little tomorrow.
I am also doing the 30DS along with the C25K but was wondering if on my off days of C25K if I should be walking at night so I am still getting some cardio in.

Congratulations on completing Day 1!
It's pretty cool to achieve something you didn't think possible. I'm heading into Day 3 and have been astounded at my last two days

I've always walked on my days off of running, it doesnt hurt.
