Noob help!

hi everyone!

I've been doing mfp for a couple weeks now, started off with the recommended 1200cals, thrn read Dans roadmap and upped to 1450, i just found this and wondered if you could check my digits.

I'm 5ft3, and at present weigh 207lbs. i have a desk job but tend to try and do at least 20 mins of rowing/shredding a day, i have kettlebells too, i add those calories as i go tho, so use sedntary when using the calc.

im interested in all the threads and will have to read when I'm not mobile, but any hints or tips grestfully received. I've recentky lost 20ish lbs on Slimming World then hit the dreaded plateau, have the obvious oh nooooo more calories will make me gain woes lol.

    I've run your numbers, but based on the fact that you do 20 min of exercise a day I used 1-3 hrs per week of light exercise. You definitely are not sedentary if you workout in any capacity.

    BMR: 1695
    TDEE: 2331
    15% cut: 1982

    1450 is much too low for you...you are under BMR at the moment.
