    Current weight - 141.6
    Goal weight - 135 +\-


    I started Insanity today . I tried it a few months ago and completed about 4 days and was so sore I skipped a day and never started back up. My advice is don't take off a day . Though it seems like you can't even walk it actually helps get rid of the soreness if you continue to workout.
    This morning I weighed 141.6
    My fit test results are:
    Switch kicks-59
    Power jacks- 38
    Power knees-46
    Power jumps-30
    Globe jumps-8
    Suicide jumps-14
    Push up jacks-14
    Low plank obliques-36

    I am starting tomorrow. I don't have weight to lose, but want to be ripped!

    Start:
    Age: 26
    Height: 5'7"
    Weight: 127
    BF%: 17.6
    Waist: 25 inches
    Hips: 35 inches
    Thighs: 20.5 inches

    Goals after Insanity:
    Weight: 123
    BF%: 16%
    Waist: 24 inches
    Hips: 24 inches
    Thighs: 19.5 inches

    Does that seem realistic?
