Always remember to give it 100 percent & never skip a set or rep! Go at your own pace at first til you get it down! Always! Always! Have the right forum! Need help ask away
In a slump . . .
So, yesterday was Cardio Recovery, which I really just hate. I love the rest, but that one workout just sucks. It also didn't help that it was the weekend, and my family kept interrupting my workout. Starting up!
So today I'm doing round 2 of month 1 to get ready for month 2 when it comes. Sounds funny but I'm nervous to start again b/c I injured my knee & been out for 2 months. Plyo Cardio here I come!
