In a slump . . .

So, yesterday was Cardio Recovery, which I really just hate. I love the rest, but that one workout just sucks. It also didn't help that it was the weekend, and my family kept interrupting my workout. This morning, my HRM crapped out on me (that's what I get for buying one off of Ebay), so I couldn't monitor my heart rate or calories burned, and I was just feeling plain tired (didn't get to bed early enough). I had a crappy workout even though it was one that I usually enjoy. I'm just in a slump. No question here, really, just wanted to vent a little I guess. Stupid Mondays . . . .

So, I had an idea, and I think others before have come up with the same idea. I'm thinking of replacing the Cardio Recovery workout with a different non-Cardio workout that I enjoy more. I'm also thinking about adding in that other workout on the rest day. I need to work on lifting my flat bottom, and I'm thinking of incorporating something for that purpose. Is there any logical reason I shouldn't?
