Hello
I read the book over the last month and slowly purchased more items to work out at home. I work out with a trainer at home one day a week but was pretty bad about maintaining my workouts when he isn't here. I thought this would be a program I could get into.

I did workout 1 of stage 1 tonight. It only took me about 20mins. Is that right??? Felt like I must be missing something. I did squats/pushups/seated row/step ups and prone jacknife. Just seemed to finish it too quickly, so I did 2 mins of jump rope at the end.
