Tapering

Hi guys,

I have two more weeks before my HM and need some tapering advice

I have been training with three runs a week, a 10-12km, a 15-18km then an interval session which is about 30 mins (200m X 11). Today I completed a 20km run and I intend to run 10km on Saturday.

Given it's two weeks to go, should I taper and if so, how should I go about it?

Any advice appreciated!
