Weight Training without weights? Noob question!

Hi there! I'm sorta new to this...about one and a half weeks in the full Mebabolism Reset, and pretty much am a cardioholic through and through. Running and kickboxing are my workouts of choice, although mostly because I have no access, funds, or space to devote to weights equipment. I recently found a website that offers a 12 week plan for building muscle without any equipment ( www.maxcapacitytraining.com ) that basically builds upon the (in?)famous Tabata training, offering 3, 15-20 minute workouts a week for 12 weeks.

Soo, my question is this: is anyone familiar with this kind of workout plan? Should it go pretty well even while I'm resetting, or should I save it for the cut? Is it okay and/or recommended to do running or kickboxing in between max capacity days? Should I do cardio even on the max capacity days? Any input or advice would be great!
