Is it possible to lose weight eating at CUT w/ no exercise??

I recalculated my numbers last week and have been eating my CUT value, for the most part, daily. Some days I'm just not that hungry. I've not been exercising this week as it's my daughter's first week of school and she is homeschooled, so I needed to get her schedule established. I have no idea if I've lost anything mainly b/c I forget to weigh myself. I don't feel as though I have. The only macro that I have a hard time meeting is protein. I was going to buy some powder to make shakes and smoothies, but money has been tight and I can't spend the extra $25 on just one grocery item. Am I doing the right thing by eating my CUT value or should it be something different??

Yes, you can lose weight without exercise. You must make sure your numbers are correct and it will likely take longer but it's possible.0

So far I've not lost anything, but we'll see what happens next week. That's when I start lifting and I plan on doing the 30 day Shred on the alternate days.0
