Has anyone tried the Vegan Diet for BR?

Hi, I'm new to this group. My name is Ashley and I just got Body Revolution and am planning to start 9/10/12.
I have about 20 - 25lbs to lose, but I am more interested in toning up and losing this muffin top! I am a bit confused about the diet altogether really, (are we just supposed to eat 1200 without eating back exercise calories?) but I am interested in her vegan meal plan. I'm not vegan AT ALL to begin with, but I don't really eat as many fruits, veggies, nuts and beans as I should so I was thinking about either going vegan altogether for 3 months or just (trying) to stick with some recipes from her regular meal plan for one week, then switching to recipes from her vegan meal plan the next week and so on. I guess that'll give me more variety. I haven't really seen anyone that has stuck to her meal plan at all, and I am curious if anyone in this group has and if they (or anyone) can give me some advice. I'm looking forward to this workout, but I am nervous about the dieting part. I know I can just watch what I eat on MFP, but I am curious about the diet and if it could give me better results.

Hi there
I love the Body Revolution work outs and I am following the EAT TO LIVE by Dr. Joel Fuhrman web site is drfuhrman.com and they give you tons of recipes. It is a Nutritarian type diet where you eat unlimited amounts of veggies, fruits and beans, seeds and you are limited to 1 ounce of nuts a day. It is fantastic! I am reading the book and have been doing it for almost 2 weeks and this is the first time I have been following a form of vegetarian/nutritarian food plan and LOVING it, message me if you need any help His book is fantastic0
