Do any of you have an idea for our mini for tomorrow? If no one posts one, I will try my best to think up a good one and will post later tonight after I get back from seafood buffet! lol

How about running in place for 5-10 minutes. If you can't run, just walk? I think that would cover everyone.0

Heel raises are always good--you can do them standing on the floor, on a piece of wood or on a stair as long as you have something to hold onto. Rise to your toes slowly, hold it and go down slowly--great for your calves.0

I like both these ideas. So our challenge is:::: drum roll::::::
walk or run in place for 5 minutes or more if you like and can
PLUS
Heel raises.
Thanks ladies for your input.0 -

I have to tell you all--I actually got a compliment on my calves from a pedicurist a while back. When she was massaging them she said I have very firm calves for someone my age, that usually they are soft and squishy, lol. Must be all the heel raises over the years.0

Done, just walked in place today. So tired, didn't get much sleep last night. Heel raises were fun and great idea.0

Ok, I felt like a person in the long line at the bathroom who had to go so bad, they could hardly hold it any more, BUT, I did my walking in place. A whole 5 minutes! lol
Did 30 heel raises.
My work here is done. lol0 -

That is totally awesome. What a wonderful compliment. Gee I wonder if I can apply heel raises to my neck some how and make it nice and tight? Good job issyfit.0
