September 2012 1000 Minutes Challenge

One less day this month, so make sure you try to get your minutes in earlier.

Again, I'm aiming for 4x60min workouts per week and all I need is one 40 minute workout the last two days. May do more, but I'm just shooting for 4x60min.

    I'm a little behind on reporting for this challenge. Not sure anyone else is taking this challenge this month.

    Week 1 (September 1-7): 188 min
    Week 2 (September 8-14): 165 min
    Week 3 (September 15-21): 55 min . . . so far. I'm a bit behind this week. :( My back has been giving me some trouble.
    Week 4 (September 22-28):
    Week 5 (September 29-30):

    Total Minutes: 408
    Minutes Left: 592 Guess I'm going to have some catching up to do. Probably won't make it this month unless I also decided to include all the leisurely walking that I do. Oh well.

    Really bad last two weeks. Only workouts were walks at the mall and great america the last two weekends. Starting over in October.
