That is a really good article and Im going to try the routine. I think we all are doing our own little experiment with this challenge. So we will see at the end of September. lol Thanks for the article!!!0

I think it's true - crunches and sit-ups are putting strain on the back. My osteopath recommended planks as the best way to strengthen the core.
But then I also find side planks put strain on my shoulders. I can only comfortably do front planks.0 -
