Working hard enough?

Hey guys,

I've been doing NROL for a few months now. I did break in, strength 1, and now I'm halfway through strength 2. Whenever I do the workouts with high reps (3 sets of 15, 2 sets of 25, etc.), I get sore afterwards. I don't get sore when I do higher weight with low reps (5 x 5, 6 x 3). You think that means I'm not pushing hard enough on those days? I am getting stronger and bigger, but I want to give it my all.

    I'm a girl, and I did the NROL for men, and I don't think it's a big deal to NOT be sore, as long as you feel you are making progress and increasing the weight.
