Reading the book? Working through a cycle? Watching it collect dust? Thinking about buying it? I am starting the Break Robb....uh...I mean Break In.
That's all - except that, while I thought I was doing a pretty light workout yesterday, I apparently wasn't. :) Anyone else just start NROL?
OK, So I used to run (up until about 2 weeks ago) I was loosing weight, but I will admit I was not super toned) I could run 4 miles in about 35-36 minutes, so I am not that quick. Now I stopped in order to do this new program, and I have successfully gained 4 pounds in the last 2 weeks. I raised my calorie intake to about…
hello started doing strong lifts 3 mos ago is it similiar to this books program? Looking for LIke minded friends who Lift and Eat to Lift More!!
Anybody still using this program? I just finished the book a few days ago and am going to start next week with the break in. Any advice or recommendations?

Can I still be in the group as a lady doing this program? ;-) I've done Fat Loss 2 and I'm currently towards the end of Hypertrophy 1. Loving it! I had great results with the women's version of the book, so I'm hoping for some good gains with this one. So far, so good!

He is a personal friend of Lou Schuler. I guess they are doing a fitness summit here in KC in May where you can have dinner with Schuler and ask him stuff. It was…
Just started reading this book. Sounds pretty good and can't wait to start on the workouts. Figure I join the group and see what you guys think about it.
