OK, So I used to run (up until about 2 weeks ago) I was loosing weight, but I will admit I was not super toned) I could run 4 miles in about 35-36 minutes, so I am not that quick. Working hard enough?
Hey guys, I've been doing NROL for a few months now. I did break in, strength 1, and now I'm halfway through strength 2. Whenever I do the workouts with high reps (3 sets of 15, 2 sets of 25, etc.), I get sore afterwards. I don't get sore when I do higher weight with low reps (5 x 5, 6 x 3). Can I still be in the group as a lady doing this program? ;-) I've done Fat Loss 2 and I'm currently towards the end of Hypertrophy 1. Loving it! I had great results with the women's version of the book, so I'm hoping for some good gains with this one. So far, so good!
