    i would love to lose at least 20 lbs. my current weight is 257 lbs. my goal is 170 lbs.
  • I am currently 188 lbs., I would like to lose 20 lbs. before Christmas and be down to 168lbs!

    HEY HEY YALL!!! hope everyone is keeping up well....ok so i actually weighed 240 in may since them ive managed to loose 15 on my own just through summer activities (I WAS SHOCKED!!!) but now im really buckling doing and changing my life forever. I started with myfitnesspal 10 days ago so here it is i want to lose 26 pounds i just want to be under 200 i havent been under 200 since 9th grade im 20 now:
    Start W: 225
    Current W: 220
    Goal W: 199

    after i still wanna go down some more but i wanna set a realistic goal.

    Hi everyone so I would like to lose 8kg (18lb) by Christmas!! If I could lose most of it by my birthday
    6 December that would be awesome :)

    Current weight 62.5kg (138lbs)
    Goal weight 54.5kg (120lbs)

    I am currently running 3+ miles 3-4 days a week. I have 3 5Ks scheduled between now and Dec 15 and am looking to add 1 or 2 more. I am also planning to do 30DS starting October 1st.

    I have been on my weight loss journey since Feb 2012 and as of late have not been loosing the wight very fast. (which is ok I know I'll get there some day) I'm going to set my goal for 15 lbs between now and the end of this challenge. Also would like to complete the first round of Insanity (in the second week now)!! Good luck everyone:)

    CW 228lb Really hoping to get back into the swing of things. Had previously lost 50 lbs and have gained 40 lbs back. My goal weight for December is 15 pounds. so GW of 213 lbs.
  • My goal is to lose 30 lbs by christmas, starting from 250lbs. Bring it on!!
  • I need to lose another 18 by Halloween to win a bet and would like to lose at least another 7 between then and December 15 so am looking at a total of 25.

    I lost 65 pounds in a year and a half, put back on about 30 of it, and just lost 12 again. MFP has helped me to get back on track and challenges like this really, really help me! (The money I could win at Halloween is also a great incentive!)

    Looking to lose about 10-13kg, but mainly I wanna look toned and lose all the flab/cellulite that refuses to go away.

    My Christmas goal is to hit 3 milestones = get out of the '90's '80's & '70's

    So my goal from now until December is.............reach 169

    To lose 25 lbs. I think that is fair.

    I want to lose 22 lbs by then. That is 1.5 lbs per week. I want to journal every day and do some form of exercises at least 3 days a week. If I can do those 2 things then the weight loss goal should be reachable!!!!!
