Suggested Stretches?

Hi all,
I started C25K this week, and one problem I am having is that I'm getting cramps in my feet and calves when I jog/walk. I am stretching before beginning, but I'm wondering if I'm doing the right ones or if there is something else I should be doing? If anyone has any suggestions, I would be grateful. Thanks in advance.
