I am so sad to say that I have to back out of my goal for this month. I went to see my doctor today for knee pain, and it turns out I have an inflamed ligament. I can't run for two weeks, and even then I will have to start with very short runs. I am so, so, so upset
Anyway, maybe someone else can take my spot on the spreadsheet for this month. I will be back for October!

Interesting run on Friday. Was running and saw a cougar about 5 meters (yards) away. I didn't want to run back the same way so my 13 mile out and back turned into a 17 mile loop.
