Goodbye Rolled Oats

After starting a lower carb lifestyle a few weeks ago the first carbs to go was my oats for breakfast. It had only been a couple of weeks since I had stopped having oats when I treated myself to a warm bowl of oats with some black chia seeds. Well, 20 minutes after I had finished my stomach was growling and cramping up and after a mad dash to the toilet I came to the conclusion that oats and me do not love each other anymore. :laugh:

I used to eat steel cut oats back in the day... now I don't miss them at all when I eat my cheesy chicken brat for breakfast!0
