I'm giving alternate day diet a break for a while

hi everyone,

I have decided to give this a break for a while, it has really worked for me in the past but now i have 3 little girls i find it difficult as i know they see me not eating for a day (or very little) and as i've suffered years ago with eating disorders i want to teach my children how to eat healthy and i worry this could be perceived very differently to small children.

I am now going to follow the MFP way and see what happens, i will probably come back to this in the future though as i did find it easy, and i will no doubt still have the odd fasting day as i find they really made me feel good like a little detox : )

I will also keep checking back on this group and i'm still willing to give advice and encouragement if anyone needs it, i'm not giving up because i don't think it works its just not right for me at the moment.
