When my husband became a bike commuter he ordered one of these. Now that I am going to be running, he felt I should order one two. I think these are a great idea for any runner, biker, hiker, etc. Gods forbid we ever get hurt while running and either do not have, or become separated from, our wallet, id etc. This bracelet has your emergency contact info engraved on the metal plate. The model we have also have a phone number and a link to enable first responder to get your pertinent medical info - allergies, doctor, insurance etc.
