looked back a few pages and couldnt quite find what i was looking for so here we go.
I work on my feet (starbucks) 5 days a week (32 hrs), go to school 2x a week (long walk to/from car) and workout 6x a week for 30 mins doing jillian michaels body revolution, and this week am just starting a 3x a week C25K program, and one rest day where basically i'm in bed all day except meals (seriously lol). am i moderately active or strenuous? not sure which one to pick for the scooby calculator.

LOL well i never considered work as being actual "work" until i got to mfp. i figured since i got obese/stayed obese while working for sbux that my body was just used to burning those cals normally. probably why i was able to eat 3000+ cals a day and still only gain like 5-10lbs over the last year.0 -

I thought the same thing about my activity level too! I used to eat so much crap and barely gained weight when I should have been. I think us "bigger gals" have weird opinions when it comes to how much we run around at our jobs!0
