back and biceps today for the first time ever. It was OK...not the best burn under 200 with the ABS Ripper included. Doing so much better with ABS Ripper...YAY!
Since your all doing P90X are you saying your moderate or strenuous exercise/activity a week? Everyone tells me its strenuous just because its P90X. I'm still confused by this...I aim for 500 plus burn every day, but wasn't sure if it mattered?0 -
Ok swopped tomorrows Yoga for cycle and climb today .Back and Biceps tomorrow and core after that. Doing ok.0

I haven't fallen off the wagon completely, I promise. Slacked for a week, but back in it -- kind of. Still doing all of the strength training, but the videos are too long, so I've been doing the exercises in about half the time on my lunch break (talk about a workout!).
