Hi,
I've stumbled across this phrase and Ive just started EMTWL - can anyone point me in the direction of finding out what the new rules are?
I do strength training at the moment and want to know if I'm doing the right thing.
Thanks,
Catherine

Is there anything on here that summarises it for me rather than having to read the book?0

The book is really more like a how to guide not a boring read. I read it in a day because i was interested. But it's a great read and it also charts everything and has pictures. It's not novel like in any kind of way. But i read fitness books all the time. LOL0

Agree with both ^^^^Well worth it to purchase off AMAZON or borrow from the library. Basically, lift heavy (it has a set workout plan in stages that you complete), no more than 3 days/ week of heavy lifting, get your protein in, use functional compound movements rather than isolated movements (ex. Tricep kickbacks), push, pull movements are essential and it addresses common myths women believe about lifting.0
