Im new my name is LaWona, and I must say I love this site so encouraging! Im here to loose some stubborn pounds of being lazy from not eatting healthy or working out like I should.
But since being recently married in June 2012 and those pictures of me in my dress...ummmm will say a wake up call..Im here to get it done...not sure how to add friends just yet, but looking for all those that would like to help motivate and encourance each other....:flowerforyou:

Yes we do, Encouragement starts from within, but also there is nothing wrong with encouragement from other women as well...0
