Week of September 3rd Challenge!

Welcome to all of the new people! It is a new week so let's start a new challenge. Activity on the board is starting to pick back up! Don't forget to check out the "new to the workout" section.
This week the goal is to get in 20 miles of cardio on an incline of any level! You can walk/jog/run (if you bike just count minutes like the classes) If 20 miles is too much and you are just starting out try for 10 miles. Those of you who love your classes (zumba etc.) let's shoot for 315 minutes of exercise! If you are just starting out try for 195 minutes.
New to the workout: 100 mountain climbers!

Thank you for doing these weekly challenges!
I have been doing my 30 minutes every day, and this week I want to add in some walking at night. that is my personal challenge......

Ok, back on track. This was a good week. I stayed in the green all week and accomplished the fitness goals. It paid off with a 2 pound loss!0

I stayed in the green all week! I exercised 6 days of 7. I got new dvd and wii games today---excited to try 'just dance 2' tomorrow morning!
I feel like I was in control most of the week, navigating a dinner out and cake tasting.
Looking forward to this coming week, even with some dining out for my birthday, I think that it will go well.0
