carb / calorie cycling

Hi Steve!
You mentioned this in another thread and I would love more detail. I've been trying to do carb cycling for a couple of months and it is definitely making a difference. But I am not sure if I'm doing it correctly :tongue:

What I have been trying to do
- protein always 120g or more
- 2 days a week of lifting and high carb - 150g or less carbs
- 3 days a week of active cardio - 125 g or less carbs
- 2 days a week of light cardio - 80 g or less carbs

What I plan on doing starting this week (unless you tell me otherwise):
- protein always 120g or more
- 3 days a week of lifting and high carb - 150 g or less carbs
- 4 days a week of low carb (2 days very active cardio like running or elliptical, 2 days light cardio just walking) - 100g or less carbs

I have just let the fat fall where it may which usually ends up being between 30 and 55 g - should i be more structured with fat intake?

My stats at this point: 125 lbs, somewhere around 17-18% bf, 5'6.5", size 2/4. Other than the twin skin on my belly, i'm happy with how i look / my size, so i'm not trying to lose more weight or even gain a ton more muscle as i like the level of definition i have right now, just want to do a bit more recomp and maintain.
