I did great for Aug! My goals were:

    1. Run 5 mile race mid-Aug (I really need to register ASAP!) - DONE in 1:02:56
    2. Get under 140 once and for all! DONE Aug 27

    Sept Goals:
    1. Lose 2 more lbs (to 137)
    2. Get back to hitting macros more consistently
    3. Run 3 days/week (I had taken the last 2 weeks off)
  • My goals for this month:

    1. Swim at least 3 times a week
    2. Up my water intake to a minimum of 100 oz per day
    3. Try to focus less on whether or not the scale is cooperating and more on whether or not I'm doing everything I can to get healthy. Easier said than done for me.
  • My goals for September:

    1) Start logging consistently again!
    2) Eat sensibly, trying to hit macros.
    3) Not to gain any weight! (Losing some would be a bonus!)
    4) Increase duration/intensity of exercise.

Get back on track with my running programme - training 3 times a week
Reach my calorie goal (i.e. not over) 80% of the time
    Get under 90kg (198lbs)

I am planning a 5km race on 6 October with the family, but that's October. I need to train for it now though!

I'm well on track for September, but I will admit to setting my goals pretty low!

I just had a look. my BMI went down from 32 to 29.6 already.
