Interesting.... I know that once I dropped grains, wheat included, was when I started to feel better and lose weight. Also, my mom is diabetic and her blood sugar was out of control. I finally talked her into going "low carb" and dropping the grains. For the first time in 5 years, her blood sugar is under control again. Still too high, but more in the 160 range vs. the 315 range.0
