I now live in NWA instead of SW AR so I won't be able to make it, but the Color Run is coming to LR! It looks SO fun. Other MFPers in bigger cities have run it and say it's awesome. It's November 10th. Also a fun way to maybe get friends involved who otherwise wouldn't run and start them on a healthy lifestyle with you!

    It is a total blast!! My friend and I are going to do this and if anyone else would like to join us, we'd love to walk/run with you. If you can form 4+ people teams, everyone's registration is $5 cheaper. Plus it's way more fun to run with a group. :)
