Induction Macros

Howdy all! Need a bit of help. I'm trying to custom set my food intake so that my macros fit into Atkins Induction phase. But even with 40/40/20 (Fat/Protein/Carbs) it's telling me the carbs are at 60g. Anyone can tell me how to change that? And is that even a good setting for my macros?
Edited to add: I don't know if its necessary but I'm 5'4 187lbs.

Have you used the BMI/activity calculator to figure out what your daily calories should be?
and rate of loss

Once you give us that value, we can work backwards from 20g carb,
Also, that is your goal weight?
But as an example lets' say your target cals is 1300/day.
20g carb = 80 cal, you have 1220 left.
Let's give you 80g or protein = 320 cal you have 900 left
900 cal / 9cal/g fat = 100g fat.
Calorie wise your Macro's are 80/1300 = 6% CARB
320/1300 = 25% protein
900/1300 = 69% fat
If it were me, I'd set my carb at 40g and Fiber at 20g so that I Net carb (Carb - Fiber) = 20g.0 -
My profile has been updated with that information. I'm not sure how I would work backwards to determine the macros though. That weight is my current, not goal.0

I'm sorry but this isnt making sense to me as I try to rework it. I'll just work on my 20 carbs and let the rest fly.0
