Re-started and backed up to week 3

So I fell out of running for a bit because my running partner had some medical issues and we would take turn watching each others kids but yesterday I restarted and backed up to week 3 after a month off, I was pleased that I was able to get back I into it without having to completly start over, it didn't kill me and I went out there and did it again today! So no more excuses! Anyone else leave off and pick back up or need to?

I did. I was up to W6D3. Took a little over a week off due to a seminar eating up my time, plus my knee was sore. Started over yesterday, and backed up to W5D1.0
