thought i would say hi and one thing had a pt session yesterday and the gym and really wanna just go back today and do some light cardio but my legs are still quite sore should i or not??

YES!!! Sorry if I replied too late but YES!! whenever you feel sore thats when you push back even harder! :bigsmile: You have no idea how many times I would take it easy after being sore then it would do nothing but keep me sore! If you go you will get through it but the next day you will feel better and stronger and the soreness should def go away faster than if you took it easy. I hope you went for it! Keep up the mini challenges before the Insanity!!0

Take it easy while doing cardio ofcourse but go for it! Just know your limits0
