I got Insanity and want to do it but I am so out of shape I can barely get through the Fit Test without sucking on my inhaler lol., I am doing Zumba and walking to at least get the breathing under control. I should be truly Insane by the time November rolls around.
Can we start a little earlier. Folks will get busy around Thanksgiving and might find it hard to keep doing Insanity,.

    Thats a great idea I will be sure to make a post on it asap to make sure its okay with everyone else. Try going for a block or two block speed walk/jog even if its a short distance if you do it everyday im sure your lungs will get the hang of it. If you are doing zumba for now thats awesome! My mother in law had HORRIBLE asthma even small smells like perfumes etc would trigger it. she started working out with me (something small) and she has told me her asthma has improved since she started losing weight. So I hope this Insanity helps you shred fast and helps you with your asthma as well. :smile: about starting earlier I will def get to that and you should see the group change date soon!   • Unfortunately for me exercise also induces the asthma attacks. I was actually walking 3 days a week and on week 9 of the C25K and had to give it up. Fall is coming soon so hopefully I can get back to walking ans my C25K since there wont be so much in bloom even here in Florida.

    The most important thing is to go at your own pace. When I first did insanity, I was only able to do about half of each exercise and needed a break. I also cleared it with my doctor.

    You will be amazed at how you are able to go further each time you work out.
