Just started CLX... Looking for results...

I am fairly fit and have completed Insanity... Doing CLX to get some definition and lose some body fat...

I am 30 yrs old, female, 5'6'', and 144lbs.

what kinds of results has everyone seen? I would love pics if anyone has any or hints and tips and stories of your own progress...

I love hearing others results and successes, its so motivating!

    I just started Lean (3rd month).
    I have to go back & check dates & see if I can pull pics & take new ones.
    Im pretty happy w/weight & when I started CLX. I could lose 5lbs but its not critical.
    I mostly care about toning at this point.

    5'6" 130lbs

    Overall I may have dropped 3lbs since I started CLX. I dont always do CLX cardio, usually once a week I swap it for something else but I also usually only take 1 rest day. Its def not big on weight loss at least for me, though everyone says it happens in Lean & I just started that.

    I'm so much stronger than I ever was. My arms & thighs are way more toned than they ever were. Ive def lost inches from waist, belly & hips, though nothing earth shattering .5-1 inch. The biggest difference is definitely the definition in my arms & my thigh muscles. I cannot stop staring at my arms :)

    Good to know, as i have been lurking on these boards today, that lean is where i will see the most changes, but super happy i should see something after burn too!
  • I just took a look at my pics, you honestly cant see a huge difference & I wasnt so great about exact day pics but Ive been taking pics since I started my weight loss journey in Oct of 2011.

    I really was at a weight I was OK with when I started CLX. Its kinda hard to show in pics the muscle def. since I didnt really zoom in.

    here is the current back view...my triceps were not like that before clx, though...I have no prior back shots

    Also, for some background, I am a mama to 3 (a 4yo & almost 14m old twins). I have lost 40lbs since Oct '11. I was a casual exerciser mostly not. I'm 5'6" & weigh 128-130 now, 15lbs under my pre-pregnancy weight. Prior to CLX I did various home DVDs & c25k
