Day 5

Today is Legs & Back and Ab Ripper X for me. Bring it on!

Here's another great Shakeology recipe you might like to try:

Snickers Blizzard Shako
1 scoop of Chocolate Shakeology
4 oz skim or almond milk
4-6 oz water 8 walnuts or sliced almonds
2 Tbsp PB2 peanut butter or regular
1 Tbsp SF/FF caramel syrup
Ice to taste

Can we say 'yummy'????

    I am thinking I'll do the Ab Ripper X tonight (after my run)...might as well be in core agony for the weekend when I do my Yoga X!
