    My first challenge for you is all about water. It is one of the most important and abundant substance known to man. I challenge you to drink up and to dive in. If the weather is good go for a dive in the lake, if not find an indoor pool where you can go swimming. If you never learned, why not give it a shot! Water greatly reduces the strain due to gravity. Water aerobics allows for a strenuous, calorie burning workout with less strain and tension on your muscles and joints.

    How long can you go drinking only water? If you already have a water only regimen, kuddos! If not challenge yourself and let us know how you do!

    Love the water challenge.
    Lets add a Calorie Goal for the week as well. Lets say... 1500 Calories for the week!

    So here is my plan if anyone wants to join me:

    Monday (9/10) - Sunday (9/16)

    64 ounces of water daily
    Swim at least once (sometimes its hard to get to a pool)
    1500 Calorie Burn
